This contains an 8" long jeweled section, completed with elastic.
The garter in the photo was sized at 21"...a custom length can be created for you.
Silver, gold, white, ivory, or colored elastic are available to customize your garter.
Crystals can be Silver with Clear, AB, Blue (as pictured), Red...and other colors may be made available (such as purple, black, and others.)
Gold settings with clear crystals are also available.
Shipping includes priority shipping with tracking and insurance for US addresses.
Tracking is available for international shipments for an additional fee. (Via registered mail.)
